Cause of Death - 1b Chronic myocarditis. P.M. Certified by A.P. Grant M.D.     Informant - William Allison, Acting Clerk and Steward at County Mental Hospital, Whittington. Registered on 1 June 1935; William Henry Rayner, Registrar", she was survived by her husband John Shaw Bull.

     Annie worked at Trafford Park, Manchester, for Sir Humphrey de Trafford, 2nd Baronet and Lady Annette Mary Talbot. The family, I do believe, had property in Wexford and Annie was brought from thence to work at T. Park.
Dunster House, meanwhile, was owned by Sir John Bright MP who knew the de Traffords and that's where the 'tie' between the two families was and Annie's subsequent move to Dunster House.5,6

     In the U.K.Census of 2 April 1911, Norah was recorded as residing at St.Joseph's Home, The Salford Catholic Protection and Rescue Society, Worsley, Eccles, Lancashire.
     Norah's listing is -
     Nora Bull     Inmate     10     School     LAN. Monton (with her sisters Elizabeth and Annie).3

     Norah Bull was employed as a Doctor's Receptionist at Dr. Leach's Surgery in Tottington.4

     Norah Bull, daughter of John Shaw Bull and Annie Campbell, was married to Harry Palmer in Lancashire in 1924.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Bury Registration District in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1924.5

     Norah Palmer, daughter of John Shaw Bull and Annie Campbell, died in 1936 in Hospital, Blackpool, Lancashire, her Death was Registered at the Blackpool Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1936,"Probably from Pneumonia."6

     She was buried at St. John's Churchyard, Tottington, Lancashire, in December 1936.
     Cemetery Register Entry - Her body was interred in the same plot as her baby boy Alan.

     Annie Gee, daughter of John Shaw Bull and Annie Campbell, was married to James Porter Restall in Lancashire in 1946.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Amounderness Registration District in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1946.4

     Annie Restall, daughter of John Shaw Bull and Annie Campbell, died in 1965 in Lancashire, her Death was Registered at the Fylde Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1965, She was survived by her husband, James.5

Annie Restall was Cremated in the Crematorium, Blackpool, Lancashire, on Wednesday, 17 March 1965.
