     John Woods has not been located in the UK Census of 1911. No record of this family has yet been established.5

     John Woods, son of John Woods and Elizabeth Parton, was married to Margaret Stockley, daughter of Joseph Stockley and Esther McGOWAN, on Saturday, 8 February 1913 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Flint, Flintshire, Wales, Holywell.
     The details from the Marriage Certificate are - Entry #16 - John Woods, aged 19 years, a Bachelor, a Galvenizer at an Iron Works, of 31 Evans Street, Flint, son of John Woods (deceased) a General Labourer was Married by Certificate to Margaret Stockley, aged 18 years, a Spinster of 31 Evans Street, Flint, daughter of Joseph Stockley, a Furnace Man at an Iron Works.
     Both signed the Register and were Witnessed by W. Stockley and Maria Stockley.6,7

          In the 1939 Registration, held on 29 September 1939, John Woods was recorded as the first person in the 9 person Household at Mona House, 57 Sydney Street, Flint, Flintshire, Wales. Also in the Household were Margaret Woods, Esther Phyllis Woods, William Leonard Woods and Sydney Clarence V. Woods plus 4 officially closed record,
