     Stephen Hickton was left a Widower on the Death of his wife, Ann, whose Death was Registered in the Belper Registration District, in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1845.2

     Stephen Hickton died in 1869 in Wirksworth, Derbyshire, his Death was Registered at the Belper Register Office in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1869.3
     The Surname of HIGTON is spelled variously in many documents as HICTON and HICKTON all entries made in this website are as seen, in order that researchers might more easily search for the information on the www.

This Family has been extensivly researched and the results Published on Ancestry.com Website under 'Public Member trees'.
I have not personally researched records prior to those of Stephen Hickton and his family, but have yet to set aside time to do this, suffice to say that the information that is probably available reaches the mid 15C and therefore merits further research work by me...
