I HEREBY REVOKE all wills made by me at the time heretofore I APPOINT my son in law George HOLLOWAY 70 Wild Street Derby to be my EXECUTOR and DIRECT that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my daughter Mabel Holloway the whole of my account in the Friar Gate Saving Bank for her own personal use for her kindness to me AND I DIRECT that my account in the Derby Co-operative Society with Insurance money from the said Society shall be held in trust by my Executor to provide for any necessary expense my husband Robert LEE may require until he attains the age of seventy years when the said account shall then be paid to my daughter Mabel Holloway I BEQUEATH to my daughter Annie JOHNSON the sum of ten pounds, unto my granddaughter Mabel Gwendoline Hickinbotham the sum of ten pounds, unto my grandson Harvey Hickinbotham the sum of five pounds, to my granddaughter Marjorie Holloway the sum of five pounds and I instruct my executor to pay the said bequests from an account consisting of all ready moneys at my decease the Prudential Insurance money and the Derby Burial Society money and direct from this account shall be paid and the funeral expenses I ALSO DIRECT that should any surplus still remain it shall be balanced to my account in the Derby Co-operative Society as aforesaid.
