     In between January 1800 and December 1801, Private James Bull transferred to the NSW Corps from the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, 6th Regiment of Foot, promoted to the rank of Corporal.8

     James Bull, son of John Bull and Jane Blower, died on Wednesday, 23 October 1822, in Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia.9

     He was buried in Pioneer Park, Liverpool on Thursday, 24 October 1822.

     He was Baptised on Sunday, 20 April 1800 in The Cathedral, Manchester, Lancashire .1
     

     Convicted with two others - John Tomlinson and Thomas Hyde - all for the same crime. Convicted on 31 Aug 1816 at age of 16. Described as 5' 4 1/2'' in height, pale complextion,brown hair and hazel eyes. Charged with having burglariously broken and entered the dwelling house of John Taylor, at Manchester, and with having stolen therein, a one pound Bank of England note, fifty shillings in monies number, a quantity of other silver coin and five hundred pence in copper, the property of the said John Taylor. Transported on the "Morley", leaving England in 1816 and arriving in Australia on 10 Apr 1817. By the 1828 Census John was a shoemaker and he owned 8 acres, 2 acres were cleared and he owned 2 horses.2


     John Haynes was married to Elizabeth Bull on Monday, 25 October 1824 at St. Philip's Church, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.3

     John Haynes was employed as a Farmer and a Shoemaker.

     He was buried in Liverpool Pioneer's Memorial Park Cemetery, Liverpool on Friday, 3 October 1873.1
