William Sanders Grace (cousin) witnessed his will and caused legal problems due to the fact that not only were the names the same, but their signatures were also very similar. Evelyn had to sign a sworn affidavit to show that they were two different people.

Both William Sanders Grace's were christened as a favour to two elderly "maiden aunts" and cousins of the family: Fanny & Ginny SANDERS. Originally Ernest Sanders GRACE was promised of some of the "Sanders Fortune" which never materialised. Evelyn & Billy GRACE having seen the contents of the will. Great Uncle William contacted the Sanders in Loughborough some years ago but apparently they were not very friendly. Evelyn recalls meeting Fanny & Ginny which suggests that they were related to Charlotte (sisters?).
