     Florence Elizabeth Tipper, daughter of Charles Pickford Tipper and Mary Ann Cliffe, was born in Burslem, Staffordshire, in 1879, her Birth was Registered at the Wolstanton Register Office in the Apr-May-Jun Qtr. of 1879.2

     The 1881 U.K.Census  listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - Mary Ann Tipper, at 54 Hall Street, Burslem, Staffordshire, who is recorded as -

     Both Signed the Register and Witnessed by Lawrence Salthouse and Lilian Thorley."1,2

     The 1911 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - Albert Hesketh Tipper, at 15 Ark Street, Broughton, Salford, Lancashire, who is recorded as -

     Clara Tipper was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, Albert, whose Death was Registered in the Salford Registration District, in the Oct-Nov-Dec Qtr. of 1923.4
