Referring to the decree made in this Cause on the 25th. day of June 1947, whereby it was ordered that the Marriage in fact had and solemnized on the 27 April 1946, at Christ Church, Epsom in the County of Surrey between John Burton Hawkins the Petitioner and Eileen Burton once Healy then Healy (spinster) the Respondent be pronounced and declared to have been and to be absolutely null and void to all intents and purposes in the law whatsoever by reason (details inhibited by Martin Jackson July 2006) and the said Petitioner to have been and to be free of all bond of Marriage with the said respondent unless sufficient cause be shown to the Court within six weeks from the making thereof why the said Decree should not be made absolute, and no such cause having been shown, it is hereby certified that the said Decree was on the 8 day of August 1947, made final and absolute and that the said Marriage was absolutely null and void and that the said Petitioner was and is free from all bond of Marriage with the said Respondent. Dated 8 August 1947.3
