The deceased whilst in a state of intoxication had been quarrelling with one of his sons and after the quarrel went to bed; he got up soon after 3 o'clock in the morning of Saturday and went to his shop, as it was thought by the family, to his work, but it was for a different purpose as he was found quite dead as before stated.
