"Stories, Observations & Suggestions..."

There were 2 Jane FROSTs, who were Baptised at Kniveton.
1.          On 7 October 1638, Jane Frost, daughter of Roger Froste, was Baptised
2.          On 18 April 1631 Jane Frost, daughter of Francis Froste and Jane Bembridge, who were Married at Kniveton on 6 April 1619.
(For the purpose of this Tree, (2) has been assumed - a) there is continuity of the name Jane, and b) the attraction of a link to the to the numerous Bembridge family dating back to the 1500's in Thorpe; against this, the 1638 birth in (1) makes more sense in relation to the apparent 1640's birth of Jane's husband Thomas).4
