     The 1871 U.K.Census  listed him as a son of the Head of Household - Mary, at 54 Litchurch Street, Derby, Derbyshire, who is recorded as -
          Mary Bailey     Head     Widow     75     ---     DBY. Belper.2
     Frederick's entry for the 1871 Census was recorded as -
          Frederick G. Bilson     Son     14     Works at Iron Works     DBY. Litchurch.2
