     Ellen Tipper has not been located in the UK Census of 2 April 1911.9

          The U.K. 1939 Registration for England & Wales of 29 September 1939 listed her with Arthur Tipper, at 61 Argles Road, Leek, Staffordshire, who is recorded as - Arthur Tipper;     DoB - 24 October 1873     Male;     Manager - Printing Depatment     Married.10

     Ellen's entry for the U.K. 1939 Registration for England & Wales was recorded as -
          Ellen Tipper;     DoB - 22 April 1875     Female;     Unpaid Domestic Duties     Single.11

     Ellen Tipper, daughter of William Tipper and Harriet Salt, died in 1950 in Staffordshire, her Death was Registered at the Stoke on Trent Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1950.12
