     Their Marriage was recorded in the Shardlow Registration District in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1884.1

     In 1891 William and Sarah had 4 children living with them in a house in the Village Street, Normanton. There is no record of a Mary Ann Coxon in the household, who is listed in the 1901 Census as Sarah's daughter.

          Thomas Cholerton     Head     Married     38     General Labourer     DBY. Aston on Trent.2
     Arthur's entry for the 1891 Census was recorded as -
          Arthur Cholerton     Son     8     Scholar     DBY. Chaddesden.2
