     Louisa Pickerdite, daughter of Joseph Pickerdite, was married to Thomas Tipper, son of Philip Tipper and Ann Brown, on Wednesday, 8 April 1863.
     St.Botolph, Bishopsgate Marriage Register - "Page 92, Entry 183 - The Marriage solemnozed at the Parish Church in the Parish of St. Botolph, Bishopsgate in London.
8 April 1863; Thomas Tipper; of Full Age; Bachelor, Carman of 10 Peter Street, son of Philip Tipper, Baker and Louisa Pickerdite; of Full Age; Spinster; daughter of Joseph Pickerdite, Glass Cutter. Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church, after Banns by me James Bell.
T. Tipper and Louisa x Pickerdite, signed and Witnessed by T. S....will and Jno. Clark."2

     The 1871 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - Thomas Tipper, at 26 Cologne Street, Stepney, London, who is recorded as -

     Louisa's entry for the 1871 Census was recorded as -
          Louisa Tipper     Wife     Married     33     ---     MDX. Cripplegate.3

     Louisa Tipper was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, Thomas, whose Death was Registered in the Mile End Old Town Registration District, in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1872.4

     Louisa Tipper, daughter of Joseph Pickerdite, was married to William Steer in London in 1880.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Holborn Registration District in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1880.5

     The 1881 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - William Steer, at 3 Sparricks Row, St. Olave, Southwark, London, who is recorded as -

          In the 1891 U.K.Census, held on Sunday, 5 April 1891, Louisa was recorded as the Head of the Household at 108 Northcote Road, Walthamstow, London, also in the Household were Thomas Tipper, Mary Ann Tipper and Georgina Elizabeth Hampton, plus a grandchild & 4 boarders
