     Louisa Tipper, daughter of William Tipper and Ellen Wain, was married to William Henry Walker on Wednesday, 2 April 1902 at St. Mary's Church, Tutbury, Staffordshire.
     St. Mary's Church Marriage Register Entry - "Louisa Tipper, 20, Spinster of Tutbury, daughter of William Tipper and William Henry Walker, 22, Labourer of Tutbury, son of William Walker, Labourer. Witnessed by Frederick Henry Tipper, all signed.."2

     The 1911 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - William Henry Walker, at 35 Bridge Street, Tutbury, Staffordshire, who is recorded as -

     Louisa's entry for the 1911 Census was recorded as -
          Louisa Walker     Wife     28     Married 9 years, (Children born alive: Born: 4. Living: 3. Died: 1.)     ---     STS. Hanbury.5      Between 1903 and c1920 Louisa and William lived at 35 Bridge Street, Tutbury. William worked variously as a Platelayer, a Drayman, a Carman and a Goods Porter on the North Staffs Railway.6 She was a witness William Tipper, born 1847, OAP and ex Farm Labourer of Tutbury, admitted to the Burton Union Workhouse in Belvedere Road and discharged on 3 July 1925. Next of Kin is his daughter, Mrs. (Louisa) Walker of 35 Bridge Street, Tutbury.7

     Louisa Walker, daughter of William Tipper and Ellen Wain, died on Friday, 30 September 1932, in Tutbury, Staffordshire,"aged 50 years", she was survived by her husband William Henry Walker.6
