     Harriett Tipper appears to have been Married in Q2 1911 (in London City Registration District) to either a William Hassell or a William U. Lonnon.
However I have not been able to find a 1911 Census entry for either family nor any children citing TIPPER as the mother. I have also looked at possible Death Registrations for Harriet but have not found anything conclusive.⁴
