The 1881 U.K.Census listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - Thomas Tipper, at 8 Blue Anchor Alley, St. Lukes, Finsbury, Middlesex, who is recorded as -

Harriett's entry for the 1881 Census was recorded as -
Harriett Tipper Daughter --- 9 Scholar MDX. St. Lukes.2
Harriett Tipper has not been located in the UK Census of 1891; 1901 & 1911.3
Harriett Tipper appears to have been Married in Q2 1911 (in London City Registration District) to either a William Hassell or a William U. Lonnon.
However I have not been able to find a 1911 Census entry for either family nor any children citing TIPPER as the mother. I have also looked at possible Death Registrations for Harriet but have not found anything conclusive.4
