     Florence's entry for the U.K. 1939 Registration for England & Wales was recorded as -
          Florence A. Thompson;     DoB - 12 July 1883     Female;     Unpaid Domestic Duties     Married.⁷

     Florence Ada Thompson was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, George, whose Death was Registered in the Derby Registration District, in the Apr-May-Jun Quarter of 1952.⁸

     Florence Ada Thompson died in 1965 in Derby, Derbyshire, her Death was Registered at the Derby Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1965.⁹

     David Bates died in 1918 in Derby, Derbyshire, his Death was Registered at the Derby Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1918, He was survived by his wife, Florence.³
