     The Shenstone Register at this time normally gives the names of both parents, it is presumed that "Cary" is her unmarried mother (the I.G.I. gives it as her father "Clair"); there are other TIPPERs known at the time in Shenstone, which is south of Lichfield, and the Rugeley family is the closest.3

     Daniel Tipper was the Administrator of the Estate of Loton Tipper on 20 October 1802; died Intestate and Administration was granted at Lichfield.4

     Daniel Tipper, son of William Tipper and Mary Beardmore, died in November 1806, in Staffordshire, he was survived by his wife Elizabeth Tipper.5

     He was buried at St. Giles' Church, Cheadle, Staffordshire, on Wednesday, 26 November 1806.

A 7 year life interest was left to Elizabeth and his sister Hannah Slater, a widow of Uttoxeter; then a £5 life annuity was left to Hannah; the residue, excepting his house and furniture, to be shared equally amongst all his nephews and nieces, excepting the children of his sister Dorothy Smith.7
