     St. James' Church Marriage Register - "Elizabeth Tipper, a Spinster of Full Age of Brindley Ford, daughter of Daniel Tipper, a Tailor was Married to William Mansell, a Bachelor of Full Age, a Miner of Brindley Ford, son of Thomas Mansell."1

     William Mansell has not been located in the UK Census of 3 April 1881.2
