     Ellen Tipper was married to Edward Parker on Monday, 15 December 1902 at St. Mary's Church, Stafford, Staffordshire.
     Ellen Tipper, a Widow, aged 33 years of 63 Foregate Street, daughter of Francis Mound, a Butcher remarried to Edward Parker, a Bachelor aged 28 years, a Butcher of 237 Corporation Street, son of James Parker, a Baker. Witnessed by Edward and Alice Mound.5,6

     Ellen was the Administrator of Alfred Tipper's estate proved at Lichfield on 9 April 1903
