     A Google search shows that "the Nitrate Railway Company" was established in South America in the 19C. It can be seen that it was the matter of some concern to H.M. Government in the 1890s and later on. It is not yet established how George Tipper was actually involved in this Company.11


     George Tipper died in 1913 in Middlesex,
George's Death was Registered at the Willesden Register Office in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1913, aged 73. He was survived by his wife, Marian.12

     Anna Alexander was married to John Gore Tipper, son of George Tipper and Margaret Gore, in Camberwell, Surrey, in 1857.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Camberwell Registration District in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1857.1

     The 1861 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - John Gore Tipper, at 9 Clapham Park Terrace, Clapham, London, who is recorded as -

     Anna Tipper died in 1906 in Sussex,
Anna's Death was Registered at the Brighton Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1906, aged 72.7
