     Later Winifred lived in 14 Brierley Green, Netherfield, Nottinghamshire.1

     Frederick William Holmes, son of George Holmes and Edith Annie Taylor, died on Tuesday, 24 October 2000, in The Royal Hospital, Chesterfield, Derbyshire,"Death Certificate No. BD 235621."1

Frederick William Holmes was Cremated in Wilford Hill Crematorium, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, on Friday, 3 November 2000.1

     Served as a Sgt. Navigator in the R.A.F., then at Stag Cabinets as a cabinet maker. He joined the Nottinghamshire Police Force in 1938 as a PC and rose to the rank of Inspector. Retired in 1968 and became a Security Officer with William Hill, Bookmakers.1
