The details from the Birth Certificate are - Entry #86 - Annieretta - Girl - daughter of Robert Orriss, Bricklayer and Sarah Orriss formely Long - Informant - S. Orriss, Mother of 3 Camillia Street, Wandsworth Road on 21 December 1865.2,3,4

It should be noted that Annetta Orriss is recorded by several names. Whilst she was listed as Annrietta in the G.R.O. lists, she was later known as Sarah, perhaps after her mother.

The 1871 U.K.Census  listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - Robert Orris, at 3 Camellia Street, Lambeth, Surrey, who is recorded as -
Robert Orris     Head     Married     47     Bricklayer     SFK. Bury St. Edmunds.5
Annetta's entry for the 1871 Census was recorded as -
          Sarah Orris     Daughter     5     ---     SRY. Lambeth.5

In the U.K.Census of 3 April 1881, Annetta was recorded as residing at 83 - 93 Westminster Road, Lambeth, London.
     Annetta's listing is -

Annetta Sarah Orris was married to Edward William Suffolk around 1887 no record of a Marriage has been located in the G.R.O. records.1

The 1891 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - Edward William Suffolk, at 53 Dorset Road, Lambeth, Surrey, who is recorded as -
William Suffolk     Head     Married     28     Builder's Labourer     LND. Lambeth.7
Annetta's entry for the 1891 Census was recorded as -
Sarah Suffolk     Wife     Married     24     Ironer Wash     LND. Lambeth.7

Annetta Sarah Suffolk was left a Widow at the age of 31, on the death of her husband, Edward on 6 March 1897 in 38 Thorne Street, Wandsworth Road, Lambeth, London.8

It can be seen that in the 1901 Census, Henry Armstrong is living as a Boarder in Annetta's (Sarah's) Household. Guy Mines records in correspondence with Heather Eaton that Henry and Annetta (Sarah) married and had five children together. The Marriage and Birth records of these have not been located.9

In the 1901 U.K.Census, held on Sunday, 31 March 1901, Annetta was recorded as the Head of the Household at 5 Fountain Street, Lambeth, London, also in the Household were Amy Ellen Suffolk, Annetta Sarah Suffolk, Amelia Suffolk, Edward William Suffolk, Harry Armstrong and Beatrice May Armstrong,
the listing for the Household is -
; Annetta Suffolk     Head     Widow     35     Collar Ironer     LDN. Lambeth.10
          ; Amy Suffolk     Daughter     Single     11     ---     LDN. London.10
          ; Annetta Suffolk     Daughter     Single     10     ---     LDN. London.10

          ; Beatrice Armstrong     Boarder     Single     1     ---     LDN. London.10

Sarah's Marriage to Harry Armstrong has not been located in the GRO Marriage Indexes.

Annetta was usually known as Sarah Armstrong she was known in her family as Sarah and never as Annetta.

The 1911 U.K.Census listed her as the Wife of the Head of Household - Harry Armstrong, at 1 Neptune Cottages, Neptune Place, Stockwell, Lambeth, London, who is recorded as -
Henry Armstrong     Head     42     Married     Labourer     LND. Lambeth.11
Annetta's entry for the 1911 Census was recorded as -
          Sarah Armstrong     Wife     45     Married 12 years, Children - Bn. 4; L. 4; Dd. 0.     ---     LND. Lambeth.11

Sarah Armstrong was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, Harry, whose Death was Registered in the Lambeth Registration District, in the Apr-May-Jun Quarter of 1933.12
