     Maria Elizabeth Baxendale, daughter of Roger Baxendale and Maria Carr, was married to Alexander George Smith, son of Alexander George Smith and Mary Ellis, in the Register Office, Chorley, Lancashire, in 1896.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Chorley Registration District in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1896.5

     Maria Elizabeth Smith nee Baxendale, daughter of Roger Baxendale and Maria Carr, died in 1918 in Chorley, Lancashire, her Death was Registered at the Chorley Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1918, She was survived by her husband, Alexander.8
