     The details from the Death Certificate are - Thomas Bagnett Bull, Male, 49 years, Motor Driver of 33 Green Street, Derby. Of Syncope due to excessive heat & Excitement. Certificate received from R W Sale, Coroner for the Hundred of Appletree. Inquest held 19 July 1921. Registered 20 July 1921. Registrar: G Westnidge
     Family recollection says the death was caused from a wasp sting.10,11
