     Annie Tipper, daughter of William Tipper and Jane Lester, was born in Barton under Needwood, Staffordshire, in 1887, her Birth was Registered at the Burton Register Office in the Apr-May-Jun Quarter of 1887.1

     The 1891 U.K.Census  listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - William Tipper, at Barton Turn, Barton under Needwood, Staffordshire, who is recorded as -

     Annie's entry for the 1891 Census was recorded as -
          Annie Tipper     Daughter     4     ---     STS. Barton Turn.2

     The 1901 U.K.Census  listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - William Tipper, at 12 King Street, Burton Extra, Staffordshire, who is recorded as -
          William Tipper     Head     Married     41     Brass Foundry Storekeeper     STS. Cauldwell.3
     Annie's entry for the 1901 Census was recorded as -
          Annie Tipper     Daughter     14     ---     STS. Barton under Needwood.3

     Annie Tipper has not been located in the UK Census of 2 April 1911.4      It is not yet confirmed which Marriage Annie made but there are a couple of candidates - John R. Beard (Q1 1918 Burton) or Albert Chambers (Q1 Ashby.)

     The 1861 U.K.Census  listed him as a son of the Head of Household - Thomas Bull, at 67 Boroughs Walk, Derby, Derbyshire, who is recorded as -
