     Sarah Tipper, daughter of John Tipper and Margaret Hughes, was born in Stafford, Staffordshire, on Tuesday, 6 December 1892, her Birth was Registered at the Stafford Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1892.1,2

     The U.K.Census of 2 April 1911 listed her as a Niece of the Head of Household - Harriet Ann Tipper, at 122 Lichfield Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, who is recorded as -

     Sarah's entry for the 1911 Census was recorded as -
          Sarah Tipper     Neice     Single     18     Machinist in Boot Factory     STS. Stafford St. Pauls.7

     Sarah Tipper, daughter of John Tipper and Margaret Hughes, was married to Joseph Owen in St. Michael's Church, Penkridge, Staffordshire, in 1919.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Cannock Registration District in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1919.8

     Sarah Owen, daughter of John Tipper and Margaret Hughes, died in August 1991 in Staffordshire, her Death was Registered at the South Staffordshire Register Office in the August of 1991.9
