     Annie's entry for the 1891 Census was recorded as -

     Annie Dale was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, Frederick, whose Death was Registered in the Congleton Registration District, in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1894.⁴

     Annie Myatt has not been located in the UK Census of 31 March 1901 nor in the 1911 Census.⁵

     Annie Dale was married to Samuel Tomkinson Dale, son of Daniel Dale and Mary Tomkinson, in the Register Office, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, in 1921.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Newcastle under Lyme Registration District in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1921.⁶

     Frederick Dale, son of Daniel Dale and Mary Tomkinson, was born in Ashley, Staffordshire, in 1859.¹

     Frederick Dale, son of Daniel Dale and Mary Tomkinson, was married to Annie Myatt in Staffordshire in 1880.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Newcastle under Lyme Registration District in the Apr-May-Jun Quarter of 1880.⁴

     It is possible that the Death - shown below - is correct, as the stated age is the only one about right.⁷

     Frederick Dale, son of Daniel Dale and Mary Tomkinson, died in 1894 in Cheshire, his Death was Registered at the Congleton Register Office in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1894, He was survived by his wife, Annie.⁸

     Emily Tomkinson was born in Shropshire in 1849.
