     Probate Register Entry -; The Will of Thomas Perring Tipper, late of Lower Street in the Borough of Dartmouth in the County of Devon, Sail Maker, deceased, who died 14 April 1866 at Lower Street aforesaid was proved at Exeter by the oath of Maria Tipper of Lower Street aforesaid, Widow, the Relict, the sole Executrix.

     Maria Prouse Tipper died in 1874 in St. Petroc, Devon, her Death was Registered at the Totnes Register Office in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1874.7

     William Tipper, son of Thomas Perring Tipper and Maria Prouse Randle, was married to Angusina Rankin, daughter of Duncan Rankin and Janet Rankin, in 1864 at Victoria, Australia.

     William Tipper was left a Widower at the age of 46, on the death of his wife, Angusina on 23 February 1872 in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.7
