The Will of Henry Powell Tipper late of Sring Bank, Willenhall in the County of Stafford, Roll Turner, who died 7 December 1877 at Spring Bank, was proved at Lichfield by Catherine Tipper of Spring Bank, Widow, the Relict the Sole Executrix.6

     In 1997 Ernest W. lived in Findern, Derbyshire.3

     He was Baptised on Sunday, 10 August 1828 in Emmanuel Angilcan Church, Ramsbottom, Lancashire .1
     

          The U.K.Census of 6 June 1841 listed him in the Household of John Gray, at Scotch Row, Tottington Lower End, Lancashire, who is listed as -
