     Gertrude's entry for the 1901 Census was recorded as -
          Gertrude Needham     Wife     Married     26     ---     WOR. Wolverley.6

     Gertrude Needham was left a Widow at the age of 69, on the Death of her husband, Albert, whose Death was Registered in the Kidderminster Registration District, in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1943.7 His estate was probated on 14 February 1944 in Birmingham, Warwickshire; To his wife, Gertrude - £834 2s 9d.8

     Gertrude Needham died on Thursday, 6 January 1955 in Wolverley, Worcestershire, her Death was Registered at the Kidderminster Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1955.9

     She was buried in St. John's Church, Wolverley on Tuesday, 11 January 1955.
     St. John's Church Parish Register Entry - 'died aged 80 years.2'
     Probate for her Estate was granted on 22 February 1955 in Gloucester, Value = £2518 12s 5d.10
