     John McIntyre, son of Alexander McIntyre, died in 1881 in Staffordshire, his Death was Registered at the Burton Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter (very probably at the same time as his son, John Douglas!) of 1881, He was survived by his wife, Ann.4

     Fatal epidemics were commomplace among the children of the Tutbury Mill families; the winter of 1854 appears to have been particularly awful - the St. Mary's Tutbury Burial Register shows thirteen deaths of children aged between one and ten years in just a nine week period from 3 March 1854; Emma and Eliza are not included, and presumably did not receive a C of E Burial.4

     Colin Fred Bull, son of Herbert Bull and Jessie Elizabeth Forrester, was born in Brook House, Foxt, Ipstones, Staffordshire, on Sunday, 7 November 1920, his Birth was Registered at the Cheadle Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1920.1,2
