Edmund married Louisa; they lived in Carlton, Nottinghamshire, where Edmund worked as a Railway Engine Driver; they had five children by 1901; including Charles, 1892 and John Willia, 1900, Great great grandsons of James and Elizabeth.2


William Mosedale is entered into the Project as part of a One Name Study,
It is our intention to attempt to link ALL persons with the Surname of TIPPER and their families,

     Dorothy Wheeldon was married to James Mosedale on Monday, 27 April 1818 at St. Werburgh's Church, Hanbury, Staffordshire.
     St. Werburgh's Church Marriage Register - "James Mosedale of Tutbury and Dorothy Wheeldon of Hanbury were Married."1

          The U.K.Census of 6 June 1841 listed her in the Household of James Mosedale, at Blackbrook, Tutbury, Staffordshire, who is listed as -
     James Mosedale     71     A.L.     Yes.2
     Dorothy's entry for the 1841 Census was recorded as -
          Dorothy Mosedale     60     ---     Yes.2

     Dorothy Mosedale died in September 1842, in Tutbury, Staffordshire, she was survived by her husband James Mosedale.1

     She was buried, Tutbury on Saturday, 17 September 1842.1
