ID# 30189, born around 1635, died 3 June 1735
Father*Thomas Tipper born abt 1600, died abt 1665
Mother*? born abt 1605
     Research Notes :- 18 April 2018
brother to Richard Tipper per the latter's Will and hence the son of Thomas Tipper of Knutton Heath.1

Thomas Tipper, son of Thomas Tipper and ?, was born around 1635, Birth date and Baptism not found.

Thomas Tipper, son of Thomas Tipper and ?, was married to Mary around 1660.
Civil War period - Marriage details not found.

Thomas Tipper was left a Widower on the death of his wife, Mary in December 1705 in Staffordshire.
Thomas Tipper was an Executor & Benificiary of the Will of Richard Tipper written; Will of "Richard Tepper of Halmerend in the Parish of Audley. Collier... Church of England... I give unto my brother Thomas Tepper two Cowes and two Twenter haffors and all my wareing Reperill and one Coffer... all the rest of my Housell goods and Cheattles and money what so ever I give Ourscilley my wife... one gould ring I give unto Ourscilley for the terme of her Life and then to my Brother Thomas Tepper for ever upon condition that he shall take care of the child that he has conserned for with me... I doe heare make my wife and Brother Thomas Tepper my sole Executritors"
signed by Richard Tipper, made his mark "R". Witnesses Sarah Bowers, Ann Sneyed (marked), John Hulse. Probate was granted to Thomas Tipper and Ursula Tipper, relict. Inventory 2 November 1714: total £38 00s 00d, of which £20 was livestock.2

Thomas Tipper wrote his Will on 12 May 1735; The Will of Thomas Tipper of Little Madeley, died 03.05?.1735, dated 12.05.1735:
Inventory: Debts £37.0.0; Wearing apparel and money in his pocket £2.15.0.
Bequests 1) to Ann Sneyd of Knutton Heath, widow, and to her son John, the sum of ten pounds apiece; 2) to William Sneyd, son of William Sneyd of Little Madeley, ten pounds; 3) to Elizabeth, the wife of John Steele of Little Madeley, five pounds [she was his niece Elisabeth nee Smith]; 4) the residue to the said William Sneyd, who is appointed as sole Executor. Witnessed by John Bloore, Thomas Bloore and Wm Davison (Lichfield Records Office, first notified by Linda Powell).
n.b A 1735 death would imply that Thomas was in his late 90's. Alternatively, the death and Will might relate to his great nephew Thomas 1699. However the Little Madeley residence and the Elizabeth Steele bequest are good pointers to Thomas 163?1
