In the Name of God Amen, I DANIEL MOSELEY of Cubley in the County of Derby, Farmer, Being sound and of disposing mind memory and understanding - praised be God for it and calling to mind the mortality of my Body do make Public and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) - First I will and direct that all just debts which I shall owe to the time of my Disease and Funeral Expences and the Expence and trouble that my executors herein after named shall be put unto in providing and Executing this my last Will and Testament be paid my said Executors out of my Personal Estates. And after Payment of the said Debts Funeral and other Expences Then I give and bequeath all the ressidue and remainder of my Estate bother Personal and Corporeal of what nature soever to ELIZABETH my wife and her three Children viz DANIEL MOSELEY, THOMAS MOSELEY and HANNAH MOSELEY to be divided equally amongst them when to the Age of Twenty one years and if aney one Dies before that they attain the Age of Twenty one years then their share shall be equally divided amongst them that are surviving.
