Died of Heart disease, 2 years, Certified. Informant - X the Mark of Charles Henshaw, In Attendance, Moor Lane, Worsley on 2 May 1867.", she was survived by her husband Thomas Bull.6,7
     The Death details above are not yet confirmed as being applicable to this Mary Bull. However, the 1871 Census shows a Thomas Bull, Widower, so it may be correct.
     The information on the Death Certificate, whilst it must be as given on Registering the Death, I believe that the name John Bull as Spouse IS INCORRECT. I do not know who the informant actually is and as Thomas Bull is probably in Portland Prison, it could be that the Informant was not in possession of the facts.8
