     James Thomas Tipper, son of James Tipper and Maria Wagstaff, was born in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, on Saturday, 25 July 1891, his Birth was Registered at the Burton Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1891.1      He was Baptised on Wednesday, 12 August 1891 in St. Modwen's Church, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire .
