     " Francis Harrison, a Farmer of Ashbourne, a Bachelor aged 26 years and Ann Tipper, a Spinster of Cheadle aged 23 years."1

     Francis Harrison was married to Ann Tipper, daughter of Loton Tipper and Dorothy Harris, on Monday, 1 January 1787 at St. Giles' Church, Cheadle, Staffordshire.
