     (Percy) Harold Tipper (Goodman) 1907
Born 31 October 1907 - from Death Registration - apparently the son of Fred Tipper and Elizabeth Goodman, prior to their Marriage. His Birth appears to have been registered twice, both as Percy H. Tipper Q4 1907 ReptorJ/46 (see the Birth Registration for a Percy H. Tipper Registered in the "Reptor" District of Q4 1907 with Ref # Reptor 7b J/46. However Reptor, does not exist or Repton District does not exist until 1934.The FreeBMD program suggests that the 1907 entry is a "missed" entry that was not entered until the June Quatrer of 1946.This 1946 Entry reads as: Tipper, Percy H.           Goodman           Repton 7b 873) and in Q1 1908 as Harold Goodman in the Burton Registration District Ref. 6b 421.
It is interesting to Note that his brother, Frederick was also 'entered late', as this June Quarter of 1946 Entry reads - Tipper, Frederick          Goodman           Repton 7b 873.)12
