     I have had some correspondence with Chris Tipper about this lady - there is an Ann Tipper who marries in Manchester in 1839 but as we are not able at this time to decide who actually the husband was, no further entries have been included. (The most probable is to John BELL, but no proof that this is correct, yet.)²
